How To Ensure You ALWAYS Get Diego’s Emails

Received an email from Diego that contains FREE draw picks but didn’t get to see them because it appeared in the wrong folder?

You can add admin@jkdgo.com to your safe sender list and not miss out anymore!

Psst… if you are a Gmail user, you can simply drag the email from the Promotional to Primary tab. That’s it!

Why is this important? Very often our emails are time-sensitive (e.g. sending out tips for today) and you will miss them if your email provider directs them to the junk/spam/promotional folders.

Find out below how to add Diego to your address book or safe sender list!

Gmail

  • Step 1: Open any of Diego’s emails
  • Step 2: Click on “More Options” in the top right hand corner of the email
  • Step 3: Click on “Add J.K. Diego to Contacts List”

Gmail App

  • Step 1: Open any of Diego’s emails (that went into other folders)
  • Step 2: Click on “More Options” in the top right hand corner of the email
  • Step 3: Select “Move to”
  • Step 4: Select “Primary”

Yahoo! Mail

  • Step 1: Click on “Contacts” in the top right corner
  • Step 2: Enter admin@jkdgo.com and click on “Save”

Microsoft Outlook 2013/2010

  • Step 1: Select “Home” tab
  • Step 2: Click “Junk”
  • Step 3: Select “Junk Email Options”
  • Step 4: Select “Safe Senders” tab
  • Step 5: Click “Add”
  • Step 6: Enter admin@jkdgo.com

Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007/Express

  • Step 1: Open any of Diego’s emails
  • Step 2: Select “Junk Email”
  • Step 3: Select “Safe Lists” tab
  • Step 4: Select “Add sender to Address Book”

Outlook.com

  • Step 1: Select “Options” in the top right hand corner
  • Step 2: Select “More Options > Safe and blocked senders > Safe senders”
  • Step 3: Enter admin@jkdgo.com
  • Step 4: Select “Add to list”

Microsoft Mobile App

  • Step 1: Open any of Diego’s emails
  • Step 2: Click on “More Options” in the top right hand corner of the inbox
  • Step 3: Select “Move to Focused Inbox”
  • Step 4: Select “Move this and all future messages”
  • Step 5: Select “Move”

Microsoft Outlook for Mac

  • Step 1: Open email
  • Step 2: Click “Junk” on the Tools menu
  • Step 3: Select “Junk Email Preferences”
  • Step 4: Click “Add” under “Safe Sender”
  • Step 5: Enter admin@jkdgo.com

Window Live Hotmail

  • Step 1: Open any of Diego’s emails
  • Step 2: Click on “More Options” in the top right hand corner of the email
  • Step 3: Click on “Add to Safe Senders”

iPhone Mail App

  • Step 1: Select Junk folder
  • Step 2: Locate Diego’s email
  • Step 3: Slide left on email
  • Step 4: Select “More”
  • Step 5: Select “Mark”
  • Step 6: Select “Mark as Not Junk”

AOL Webmail

  • Step 1: Open any of Diego’s emails
  • Step 2: Click J.K. Diego‘s name and email address
  • Step 3: Click “Add to Address Book”

AOL (version 9.0 or higher)

  • Step 1: Open any of Diego’s emails
  • Step 2: Click “Add Address” in the top right corner
